We have implemented a fix and GitHub App pipelines are now running properly. Triggers from 04:38 UTC to 05:25 UTC may have been lost. If you would like to rerun, you can do so by pushing again to GitHub.

Investigating

We’re currently experiencing issues with build triggers for organizations using the GitHub App. We are actively investigating this matter. Note that organizations using GitHub OAuth are not affected by this issue.
