Update

We are continuing to closely monitor GitHub's status and recovery, and we are scaling to meet the expected influx of builds. Another update in 20(ish) minutes.

GitHub is currently showing an outage which impacts our ability to handle logins and receive build events, we are monitoring their status closely.
