Auto-cancellation disabled for GitHub App pipelines

Resolved

Starting on October 14th until November 17th, the auto-cancellation feature was disabled for all GitHub App pipelines. The issue did not impact any pipelines integrated through GitHub OAuth or any other VCS.
The issue is now resolved, and expected behaviour has been restored.
