We have identified an issue where a few Custom and Performance Plan customers were getting redundant charges for user seats when building at the very end of their billing cycle. Credit charges for affected customers would be higher than intended on the 31st of January or 1st of February, 2023, in some cases leading to spurious refills.

We are confident that we have identified all the affected customers and we are issuing appropriate refunds where needed. If you believe you were affected and did not receive a notification, please reach out to your Customer Success representative or open a ticket with CircleCI Support.
