It appears that many of our AWS instances lost network access, causing them to drop off the load balancer. We have cycled out all the bad machines, and have started our root cause analysis.

We appear to have lost connections between the web hosts and the load balancers. We have some machines connected, but the site is operating at a reduced capacity.
