Monitoring

New builds should now only be run on the fixed instances. We'll keep an eye on things for a bit longer to make sure builds are back to normal.

Identified

We've identified the commits that appear to be causing the problem. We're attempting to roll back to a working revision.

Investigating

We introduced a bug causing the dependencies and database phase to not be run in parallel across all containers. Projects configured to use parallelism will fail until we've rolled back to a working revision.
