AWS is having an outage: http://status.aws.amazon.com/

Our support tool, Intercom, is affected by this and we may not receive your messages: http://status.intercom.io/

We are taking proactive steps to ensure we stay available, but not everything is in our control. Please be prepared for the possibility of degraded performance within CircleCI.

Monitoring

Certain AWS components are currently experiencing problems: http://status.aws.amazon.com/

Intercom, our support tool, is affected by this: http://status.intercom.io/

Part of the effect is that our support widget is not loading - making it harder for you to get in touch with us if there is a problem with your build.

Note that we are hosted on AWS as well as many of our dependencies - be prepared to see degraded performance within CircleCI. We are actively monitoring our system.
